Overall I am very pleased with the purchase. You have to go to the Nest app to select to lock or unlock the door. The only disadvantage with the system is that the voice verbal command to lock/unlock the door is not an operational function through your Google display hub or home mini speakers. Google commands can be coordinated with your Google display hub/home mini speaker. If you also have a Nest Guard Alarm System you can sync your lock to the security system.

Pick the Nest product you’d like installed. After I completed this procedure I was able to successfully reprogram my new security code. I had to press the reset button while installing the double A battery in the battery compartment at the same time to successfully reset the lock. The reset button is located inside the lock mechanism. On the other hand I had to call Google Nest Customer Support to figure out why the Nest Yale Lock was not accepting my reprogrammed password.
